Hi Everyone, we are Karl and Hannah- husband and wife as well as parents (to both the human and dog variety \ud83d\udc36). We would like to share some of our passions and reasons why we decided to start a sustainable apparel brand with you and hope you can join us on this journey!<\/p>
We hope we can build a community of like minded people with a passion for roaming and a common desire to preserve these natural playgrounds.<\/p>
You can always find us out in the fresh air of the Pine forests or feeling the sand and pebbles beneath our feet at the beach. <\/p>
As a couple we have been guilty at some point of falling foul of Fast Fashion<\/em> following trends and replacing clothes like they have gone out of fashion (literally!) but we never considered the consequences of what we wore on the places we love to wear them!<\/p> Oceans are being polluted with microplastics from the multitude of synthetics in our hoodies and tees. Forests are being devastated from large scale carbon polluting factories and landfills are overflowing with plastic packaging and discarded garments.<\/p> After understanding the environmental impacts our clothing choices had on the world we knew we had to make a change, we wanted to make a positive contribution to our amazing world and so we started a sustainable clothing brand. <\/p> And so Pine & Pebble<\/strong> was born. Apparel Rooted in Nature.<\/strong><\/p> We hope you will support the brand on its journey to positively educate our buying habits and help us give back to nature whilst looking naturally stylish out there in the wilderness. We regularly plant trees for tees and 5% of profits go to environmental initiatives and charities.<\/p> Each item is designed to be remade so don\u2019t throw our apparel away when you have finished simply send it back and we will ensure it become reborn again\u267b\ufe0f<\/p> All our packing is plastic free, our cotton 100% organic and the factory producing the apparel runs on renewable energy.
